It used to be that professional headshots were only for actors or the CEO of big companies, but since the internet plays such a large role in our lives, everyone needs a professionally taken photo of themselves. Great headshots will give you the leg up you need in a competitive market; whether you’re an actor, a professional, or are promoting your brand online, including LinkedIn - the image you portray is vital to your success.
For me, the headshot is the most flattering and most realistic image of someone possible. It’s an intimate and fun experience, but can be daunting. Bright lights are pointed directly at your face and a photographer is telling you to lift your chin or stand up taller. I want things to be different, or at least a little bit more appealing. Yes, I’m here to take the best images of you I can, but I also want you to feel like I’m capturing the essence of you. Together we can try out different looks, backgrounds and lighting setups to capture that perfect image!
