In pursuit of this goal, we are curating a creative and global network of talented photographers who love photographing people. Specifically, we're looking for portrait and headshot photographers committed to helping individuals tell their personal, creative, and professional brand stories.

Associate Membership $180USD annually (auto renewal)
Our Associate Membership will strengthen your professional brand, broaden your marketing reach, and significantly boost your SEO visibility. Each Associate Member receives a strategic, SEO-focused gallery page linked directly to their website, as well as a listing in our dedicated Associate photographers' directory. Additionally, Associate Members gain exclusive access to an expanding library of social media and digital marketing resources.
Community is at the heart of Headshots Matter, and we continually seek ways to strengthen member connections. Our dedicated WhatsApp chat group for Associate Members fosters peer-to-peer support, idea-sharing, and collaboration.
In most instances, Associate Membership includes a city-exclusive listing on our website, which enhances your local SEO rankings. (If your city already has an Associate photographer, our Creative Membership is an excellent alternative to joining Headshots Matter.)
Associate Members each receive a dedicated, Google-indexed gallery portfolio page showcasing approximately 12 images, along with a concise biography that highlights their location, style and expertise. This lead-generation portfolio page is thoughtfully structured to naturally align with the latest AI-driven search algorithms, emphasizing authenticity, relevance, and helpfulness—key factors that AI prioritizes. Linking directly to each photographer's website, social media channels, and email, the portfolio page effectively generates leads and inquiries. We actively promote our Associate Members through targeted city search pages and social media channels, driving valuable traffic and increased visibility. We've already experienced notable improvements in AI-driven and organic SEO results for Associate Members in major cities such as Tokyo, Madrid, London, Manchester, Istanbul, Berlin, Vancouver, Kansas City, Chicago, Miami and Stockholm.
All Associate Members are also eligible for a complimentary listing and gallery page on our growing Student Headshots website.

This membership is an excellent choice for photographers of all experience levels, as it provides an inspiring platform to showcase your work and foster connections within a talented global creative community.
Our Creative Membership is an affordable and great way to share your work with other creative peers, which will elevate your professional brand and complement your existing social marketing efforts. This membership includes your imagery being re-posted on the Headshots Matter social media platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook.
Creative Members will be listed on a dedicated website directory - including your name, city, and Instagram account. All Creative members will be invited to participate with our WhatsApp Creative Channel - a space dedicated to sharing ideas, tackling business challenges, and fostering collaborations.
All Creative Members will be eligible for a free listing / gallery page on our new Student Headshots website.

Once we've determined that we're a good fit and to confirm which level of membership makes the best sense, we'll then email you our photographer's agreement and the details on how to move forward. We'll also send you a link to our secure payments page to process your membership fee.
