A Few Things People Ask Me (for corporate headshots)

1) What kinds of corporate portraits do you shoot?
We offer business portraits, LinkedIn headshots and executive shots that help professionals — from partners in law firms to senior leaders — present a confident and trustworthy image online and in print. Emmanuel Fradin works across Brussels, Paris, Luxembourg and other European hubs, tailoring each shoot to your role and brand.

2) How should a law firm team prepare for a group headshot session?
For law firms, plan outfits that reflect your firm’s standards — usually classic suits or business attire — and coordinate colours so the team looks consistent. Come ready with minimal jewellery and neat grooming, and arrive a few minutes early so we can start on time. Preparation helps the session feel smooth and professional.

3) Can I choose where the photos are taken — studio or on location?
Yes. We can shoot in a studio setting or come to your office. Many firms choose on-site sessions so team shots and individual portraits fit your workspace and give a natural feel to the images. Share your preference at booking and we’ll organise the best setup for you.

4) What’s the difference between a LinkedIn headshot and a corporate portrait?
A LinkedIn headshot is usually tight on the face and shoulders, perfect for social profiles or networking platforms. A corporate portrait can be a bit more composed or full-body — great for firm websites, reports, press releases or marketing materials. Both are professional, but the framing and mood can vary with your use.

5) How long does a headshot session take, and when will we get our photos?
Sessions can vary depending on how many people are being photographed — a solo headshot might take 20-30 minutes, while team sessions can take longer. Once we shoot, images are retouched and delivered within the agreed-upon time frame so you can update LinkedIn, your website or firm brochure right away. (Turnaround specifics can be confirmed when you book.)
