With a background as a lecturer in art theory at Goldsmiths University, he brings a uniquely artistic and timeless quality to his photography. Every session is treated as a creative collaboration, with an emphasis on connection and images that go far beyond the standard “photograph of a face.”

Unlike many photographers, Tom offers full, unhurried sessions that often span four to five hours, ensuring the space needed to capture real expression and presence. Craig Greenslade

Craig Greenslade believes great headshots come from connection, not just technique. He says his work is “10% photography and 90% coaching you to look your best.” Knowing most people don’t love being photographed, Craig focuses on putting clients at ease before the camera comes out—often over coffee and conversation. This relaxed start helps him see what makes each person unique and ready to be photographed confidently.

Craig’s passion for photography began over twenty years ago in London’s vibrant club scene, where he first saw how genuine energy could translate through an image. During the 2020 lockdown, he turned that creative drive into a profession, joining Peter Hurley’s Headshot Crew to refine his craft and deepen his approach.

He now specialises in professional and personal branding portraits, corporate headshots, and editorial photography—sessions that help people look confident, approachable, and true to themselves.

Alastair Batchelor
