At Headshots Matter Inc., we appreciate the strong collaborative relationships we have with our members and creative partners. This page is here to make it easy for you to settle commissions earned from medium to large projects or ongoing initiatives.
If you’ve booked work through a Headshots Matter email or social media campaign and would like to contribute a voluntary commission, or if you’re an HSM collaborator and you’d like to pay a referral commission fee, you’re in the right place.
How It Works
This page provides a secure way to submit commission payments. Simply follow the payment link below to access our secure payment portal. Once there, enter the agreed-upon or voluntary amount, along with any relevant details (such as the project name), and complete the transaction. (We always prefer that photographers are paid first before any commissions are sent to HSM.)

Note: We operate in USD, so please pre-calculate the fee based on the current exchange rate before submitting your payment.

This page offers a simple and respectful way for our photographers to send voluntary commissions for larger projects referred through our network. We value the trust and collaboration that define our relationships, and this page reflects the goodwill we share with our HSM partners. (If you need a suggested referral commission percentage, we recommend 5 - 10 percent, but every project is different, so we can discuss what is fair.)
