I'm Phil Lewis, the photographer behind Grit City Headshots. What I care about most is the experience — connecting with whoever's in front of the camera and making images that look relaxed, professional, and authentic.For team shoots, my process is built around two priorities: protecting your people's billable hours and taking the coordination off your admin team's plate. I bring studio-quality lighting on-site, run scheduling personally, and deliver a private gallery to each subject the moment their session starts. We review images together right after, pick favorites, and anyone who misses the day can come by the studio later.

How long does a headshot session take?
Session times vary depending on the type of shoot. Some clients only need a quick LinkedIn refresh, while others want additional looks, wardrobe changes, or branding images. Phil can recommend the best session option based on how the photos will be used.
Can I review my images before selecting my final headshots?
Yes. After the session, clients receive a private proofing gallery where they can review their images and select their favourites for final retouching.
