First and foremost, thank you for being here!

I am passionate about anything I do, and photography has been the culmination of that side of me. I first picked up a camera in 1985, and I still have one in my hands every single day.

I have been fortunate to not only have travelled extensively worldwide but also to have worked and lived on multiple continents, and this has made me look at the world - and myself - differently.

People and their endless diversity fascinate me, and the creativity of controlling every nuance of light and shadow on faces and bodies in a studio has captured my attention and commitment like few other obsessions in my life.   

From beginning to end, my entire process is centered around making you feel your best and look your absolute best. From the moment you walk into my studio, I will ensure you are comfortable and welcome. I realize that many people are nervous to get their headshot taken, so I've developed a proven system to ensure you look great and feel great. I recognize that great images only happen once you are completely comfortable in every way.

As your posing and facial expression coach, I will guide you right from the beginning, every step of the way. I will help you choose clothing, backgrounds and suitable poses, and we will use multiple lighting techniques that flatter you. We review the photos on a large screen as we work, ensuring that you are happy with the results and leave with headshots that empower you, present you at your best, and engage those around you. I shoot with Nikon cameras and Westcott Flex LED continuous lighting because nothing I've found lights faces better, and my whole heart.

Where is your Atlanta studio?
My studio is located at 4157 Oak Forest Drive NE in Brookhaven, Georgia. It serves clients from Brookhaven, Atlanta and the surrounding metro area.

Do you help clients with posing and expressions?
Yes. I will guide you throughout the session, including posture, angles and facial expression. You do not need previous experience or any knowledge of posing.

What should I bring to my headshot session?
Bring several clothing options that fit well and suit the way you want to present yourself. We can discuss wardrobe, backgrounds and the intended uses for your photographs before we begin.

How many looks can we create?
That depends on the session you select. A one-hour session can include up to three looks, while a two-hour session allows time for up to five. We will plan the options around your goals.

Can you photograph our company team on location?
Yes. Corporate group sessions can be arranged at your workplace or another suitable Atlanta location. Contact me with the number of people and your scheduling needs so I can prepare a custom quote.

How are the final photographs selected?
You will receive an online proof gallery and choose the photographs you would like professionally retouched. Additional finished images can be purchased if you find more that you would like to keep.

How quickly will I receive my finished photographs?
Finished high-resolution photographs are generally delivered through an online gallery within two days of making your selections. Faster delivery may be available when arranged in advance.

Will my photographs still look like me after retouching?
Yes. Retouching is used to refine colour, brightness and temporary blemishes while preserving your natural features. The goal is a polished portrait that remains recognizably you.
