We’re hoping to shape the day into a few fun parts:
9:00 AM | Optional Pre-Walk Coffee Meet
For anyone arriving early, we’ll meet for coffee to go at Notes Coffee Roasters – Trafalgar Square before the photowalk. It’s a friendly spot with great coffee and an easy-going atmosphere — perfect before we start exploring.

9:30 – 11:30 AM | Informal Photowalk
We’ll kick off the day with an informal photowalk, starting right at Trafalgar Square. From there we’ll wander through some of central London’s streets and spots — cameras (and coffees) in hand, no set agenda, just exploring and shooting together. A relaxed way to start the day before the gallery and meet-up.
Meeting point: Nelson’s Column, Trafalgar Square

12:00 – 1:30 PM | Optional Gallery Visit
We’ll meet at the National Portrait Gallery to view Roj Whitelock’s portrait on display. It’s a great way to share the experience and support one of our members before heading to our main meet-up.
Everyone will need to pre-purchase a ticket using this link: Entrance Ticket.
You’ll be asked to select a viewing time between 12:00 and 1:30 PM
It appears to be pretty flexible, but please book within our window.

2:00 PM onwards | Main Gathering
We’ll meet at the Admiralty Pub in Trafalgar Square, where we have a cool private space reserved — the Admiral’s Cabin. This will be our chance to sit down properly, connect, and enjoy the afternoon together.
Note: Everyone will have their own tab for food and drinks.
